This is an academic article that was posted in the new york times about business. This article is technically speaking about the way businessmen and women speak in the field. They talk using words that are less understanding for most people who are not in this intended field. I would use this article as an understanding of how to use certain words with my intended audience. This is a shorter article about business.

This article is a non-academic journal article. It explains why the business field is struggling because of the education that we are getting. I would be able to use this source to use language that makes sense and have more of an understanding of the things I would need to know to write to a directed audience.

This is an academic piece since it's a book about business. This book explains all about the process of business management and what is necessary for the field. This would be useful to be able to write the way a business major would write. They have many chapters about the process of business management and the critical success factors for it as well.

This is a non-academic piece which shows how to be more competitive in the business management field. This would be useful in writing because there has to be a sort of competitive side to every writing piece that I write. For the most part I will need to write emails and that sort of thing but knowing how to word them is the most important part of the job.

My topic is going to be how school is affected by amount of sleep. In high school we woke up at 6 am every day and didn't have enough sleep to function throughout the day. In college however, people are able to sleep longer making their moods lifted and their studies better. I want to see the difference in peoples moods and school work to see if sleep affects that. 1. Do you feel that your mood is affected by sleep? 2. Do you feel that when you sleep longer its better for your school work? I am going to research about high school students mainly because that's where this issue is a bigger problem but I also want to tie in college students because we are also affected and can be the main answer to this question since we are able to wake up later.
